Habit trackers for Apple Watch and Apple Health
If you want to tick habits off on your wrist, or let your steps, workouts and water count on their own, only some habit trackers can do it. Streaks, Habitify, Productive, Atoms and Habiter (with Pro) have Apple Watch apps; HabitKit doesn't. Habiter, Streaks and Habitify can complete habits from Apple Health data.

Two things "works with Apple Health" can mean
Reading: the app watches a number in Health — steps, a workout, mindful minutes — and ticks the habit off when you reach your goal, so you don't have to. Writing: the app saves what you log, such as water or a workout, into Health so it shows up there too.
Habiter does both. A walking habit completes when you reach your step goal; water syncs both ways; workouts, walks and meditation sessions you time in Habiter are saved to Health. Each connection is off until you turn it on, and Health data is read on your iPhone and never sent to the developer.
Habiter
Apple Health automation is free for one habit and works for every habit with Pro, which also adds the Apple Watch app: today's habits on your wrist, one tap each. Free for up to 5 habits, no account, no ads. iPhone, iPad, Mac and Apple Watch. We make Habiter.
Streaks
Tasks linked to Apple Health — steps, running and more — tick themselves off. The Apple Watch app is included in the one-time $5.99 price. Syncs through iCloud across iPhone, iPad, Mac and Apple Watch.
Habitify
Has an Apple Watch app, and can log habits automatically from Apple Health as part of Pro — along with Strava, Fitbit and Screen Time. Syncing needs a Habitify account.
Productive and Atoms
Both have Apple Watch apps. Neither says on its App Store page or website whether habits can complete from Apple Health, so we haven't claimed it.
HabitKit
No Apple Watch app. If the grid design is what you want and you don't need your wrist, it's still a strong, simple choice — and it also runs on Android.
How we checked
